Rotary Piling

It has two categories-
1. Mechanical Piling rig
2. Hydraulic Piling rig

Hydraulic Piling rig:  Features-

chassis: Use custom-built variable chassis, the crawler can be freely stretched, good mobility and stability. Important parts of working device use international famous brands.

Power: Use Cummins B series, turbo-charged middle cold engine, featuring high efficient and reliable. High efficient turbo charged function improve engine's performance and power.

Electric control: Use automatic and hand controlled adjusting system.LCD light column display and digital display model, adjusting through key-press or handle, easy operation, adjusting time within 10 seconds, high precision and fast speed, efficiently improve drilling precision and reduce operating strength, improve self-diagnose ability over trouble of the vehicle, greatly reduce expenses on maintenance.

Hydraulic system: Fully hydraulic driving system, using imported hydraulic components, which ensure stable, reliable and durable. Power end use double motor, can change rotary speed and output torque according to geological conditions.

Structure: The vehicle is designed rationally. It uses three-section folding mast, which can reduce height for transport. The middle section mast is strengthened for ensuring durability, firmness and lash-resistance.

Drill rod and drill end: Damping type drill rod and automatic machine lock stretching drill rod for choice, also short spiral drill end, common drill end or sand-grab drill end, and so on.

Mechanical Piling Rig

The mechanical  electric compound drive rig with independent rotary table drive, has better economic property of mechanical rig, and partial merit of DBS rig at the same time, is a kind of high performance and economical utility rig for deep well drilling.

It resolves thoroughly the inconsistency (that they can not be adjusted separately) between rotary speed and SPM of pump. And the rotary speed can completely satisfy the requirement of drilling technology.

It adopts full digital-control, constant WOB and auto-bit- feed, the bit is fed evenly and smoothly. This prolongs its service life, achieves the wellbore quality, increases the mechanical penetration rate greatly, and prevents down hole accident.

The driller cabin, integrated with electric (digital), pneumatic, hydraulic control and video communication function, realizes the functions of adjustment, display, storage, print, monitoring and remote management of electric parameters and drilling parameters. And it provides driller with a safe, centralized, convenient, reliable and comfortable working condition.

After the parallel operation for 3 sets of diesel engine via the chain drive compound and hydraulic coupling gear box, the draw works, 2 mud pumps and 800kVA generator are driven respectively, the drive efficiency is higher than traditional mechanical rig.
